EDITION01 uses UPS for of its shipments, both domestic and international as well as a messenger company for NYC Same Day deliveries. NYC Same Day delivery is offered to any address between Battery and 110^th Street.

EDITION01 offers FREE ground shipping on all orders shipped to a valid US address (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, select your preferred delivery option before proceeding to purchase.

Except for orders placed on pre-order terms, all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the date/time they were placed. If an order is placed before 2pm EST, in most cases it will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped out the next day. Orders placed on pre-order terms will be processed within 24 hours of the date/time of our receipt of the ordered product(s).

Important Notices

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization;
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, weather, shipment company errors, or customer's typographical errors;
• All orders require signature upon receipt;
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
• Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, both domestically and internationally.

Holiday Shipping

EDITION01 will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, November 24, 2011. The orders placed on that day will be shipped out the following day, Friday, November 25, 2011.

Insurance

EDITION01 insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you agree that the evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by EDITION01 and that responsibility passes in the same way.

Prices displayed on the EDITION01 website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges.

Domestic Orders

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to addresses in New York State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. EDITION01 is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

International Orders

EDITION01 will accept those orders where billing address is in one of the countries listed below. For all orders shipping to outside of United States, the billing address must be the same as the delivery address.

EDITION01 ships to all of the following international destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that EDITION01 will not collect any import taxes and duties and instead the customer will be responsible for paying all taxes and duties upon receipt of the order. Prior to placing your order please contact our customer service team at service@edition01.com to estimate duties you will have to pay.

*For these countries, EDITION01 will be able to ship only to addresses in the indicated cities.

If your country is not listed above, at this time Edition01 is unable to ship your order to you. Please, check back regularly as we are constantly working on updating our delivery territory.

California

As per California Penal Code Section no. 653o we are not able to ship to California products made from the following materials:

alligator, crocodile, polar bear, leopard, ocelot, tiger, cheetah, jaguar, sable antelope, wolf, zebra, whale, cobra, python, sea turtle, colobus monkey, kangaroo, vicuna, sea otter, free-roaming feral horse, dolphin or porpoise, Spanish lynx, or elephant.

International

As international rules vary greatly from country to country, at this point we are not able to ship internationally products made from or with fur or exotic leather such as:

fox, coyote, rabbit, chinchilla, mink, sable, alligator, crocodile, polar bear, leopard, ocelot, tiger, cheetah, jaguar, sable antelope, wolf, zebra, whale, cobra, python, sea turtle, colobus monkey, kangaroo, vicuna, sea otter, free-roaming feral horse, dolphin or porpoise, Spanish lynx, or elephant.
