Your use of the EDITION01 website, related micro-sites accessed through www.edition01.com, related domain names, and any other website or micro-site of EDITION01 (together the "Site") is governed by the following legally binding terms and conditions along with any other rules posted on our Site (together the "Terms and Conditions," or "TAC"). By visiting the Site, you (the "user" or "you") agree to be bound by the TAC, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. We reserve the right to modify the TAC from time to time and your continued use of this Site following such change(s) shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified TAC. Please revisit the TAC on a regular basis as it may change. If you do not agree to any change to the TAC, then you must immediately stop using the Site.

Registration is needed to use some of the Site features. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering for the Site. Please update your registration information if and when it changes by updating your My Edition account information on the Site or by notifying us of the changes at service@edition01.com. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data. Please remember to choose a unique account password, and keep it secure. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. However, you may be liable for our or others' losses due to such unauthorized use.
Only parties who can lawfully form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of New York State may purchase merchandise through EDITION01. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details, including but not limited to your name, phone number, e-mail address, and payment details. By providing such information, you are representing and warranting that the information is valid and that it refers to you. Additionally, you will need to have a valid credit or debit card by a bank acceptable to EDITION01, and have authorized EDITION01 to process a charge or charges on such card for the total purchase price for the merchandise you purchase.
Upon making a purchase offer, you expressly authorize us to perform anti-fraud and credit checks and, where EDITION01 feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain your credit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties solely to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit and/or debit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and/or to authorize individual purchase transactions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.
You may purchase products on the Site only for personal use and not for resale. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, refuse or limit orders for any reason without explanation. We further reserve the right to cease doing business altogether with customers we believe are violating this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Products displayed on the Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. For out-of-stock merchandise, you may have the option to register your email address for the waiting list for the selected merchandise. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to customers on the waiting list or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. If you have registered for the waiting list for a specific product, we will attempt to notify you by email as soon as the product becomes available on the Site. However, products that are in high demand may sell out prior to your receipt of such notice.
EDITION01 will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
All prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars, are exclusive of taxes, and may change without notice. The US Dollar price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of obvious error (for example, a typographical error).
If you are shipping domestically, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State. Depending on the tax laws in each state, you may be required to pay use tax on purchases for which sales tax has not been collected.
Customers purchasing from a country designated as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) will incur relevant import duty and tax, which costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country designated as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only, and import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to such customers directly by UPS or an import broker appointed by them.
If your credit or debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit or credit card issuer processes the transaction.
Sale Price Adjustment
EDITION01 may offer a sale price adjustment for products purchased no more than 3 days prior to the commencement of a sale for such product. For such an adjustment to apply to your purchase, the exact style and size of the purchased product must be available for purchase at the time of your adjustment request. If your adjustment request is approved, you will receive store credit valid for 12 months.
EDITION01 will not offer price adjustments to items originally purchased at a discount (for example, through a sale or promotion).
EDITION01 may provide its members referral credits when they invite their friends to join EDITION01.COM (“Referral Credits”). A referring member (“Referring Members”) may be awarded a $100 Referral Credit when a Referred Member makes their first Edition01.com purchase.
All credits expire 12 months after they are granted, and can only be used for purchases totaling at least $250 after Referral Credits and/or promotional codes are applied. Additionally, Referral Credits cannot be applied toward international or express shipping charges, duties, vintage products or pre-order products.
In order for a Referring Member to be eligible to receive a $100 Referral Credit for friends who register at EDITION01 and make an initial purchase, the new friends must join via the Referring Member’s unique referral link and make a purchase of $250 or more (calculated after Referral Credits and/or promotion codes are applied) within 90 days of registration. The Referring Member may be eligible to receive his or her $100 credit once the purchased item(s) is no longer eligible for return. There is no limit to the amount of such credits that the referring member can earn.
Referral Credits will be automatically applied to your next purchase. If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the amount of your EDITION01 credits, you must pay the balance using a credit card. If your purchase is less than your amount of EDITION01 credits, any unspent credits will remain in your account.
Referral Credits are loyalty or promotional discounts or credits offered by EDITION01, and do not constitute an account, a payment instrument or other property owned by any EDITION01 member. Referral Credits do not have a cash value, and you may only use Referral Credits in connection with a qualifying purchase on the EDITION01.COM website.
Referral Credits are granted at EDITION01’s sole discretion. EDITION01 reserves the right to revoke your Referral Credits at its sole discretion, particularly if EDITION01 believes that you have engaged in fraudulent referral activity (e.g. inviting fake people to join EDITION01.COM; using invalid and/or non-functioning email addresses) or otherwise violated our Terms and Conditions, or if we terminate your membership. Referral Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Referral credits are not transferable or sellable. EDITION01 reserves the right at any time without notice to you to change the terms applicable to the Referral Credits, including expiration period and/or your ability to redeem existing Referral Credits. Returns
If you return an item that you purchased using Referral Credits, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase and the Referral Credits will be reinstated to your EDITION01 account.
EDITION01 may provide promotional codes offering a discount on its products. Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offers, and must be used by the date published, if provided. EDITION01 reserves the right at any time without notice to retract and/or change the terms of its promotional codes.
Returns
If you return an item that you purchased using a discount code, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt and details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order, our acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. The contract between you and EDITION01, in turn, will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you, at which time we will send you an additional email confirming the dispatch and listing your tracking number. The sale contract is concluded in New York State and the language of the contract is English.
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any sold or unsold merchandise from the Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending a transaction after processing has begun. We may, for example, refuse your order because we have difficulty obtaining payment authorization, shipping restrictions apply to your order, the item is out-of-stock, or you fail to meet the requirements described in this TAC for purchasing products through EDITION01.
EDITION01 accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All card transactions on this Site are processed using Braintree Payment Solutions, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your security, EDITION01 uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. While we take reasonable care where possible to keep the details of your order and payment secure, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Upon placement of your order, payment will be debited and cleared from your account. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorize payment to EDITION01, we will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock and not expected to be re-stocked, we will cancel your order and refund any charge to you for the item (including any taxes and shipping costs).
At the time you place an order for a product available on pre-order terms, you will be required to pay 50% of the amount due as a deposit, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. The remaining 50% will be charged at the time the product is shipped. Shipping fees, taxes and import duties, where applicable, will also be charged at the time the product is shipped.
We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
We control and operate the Site from the United States, and all information is processed within the United States. We make no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from international locations you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your use of the Site.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Site and to use the information and services contained therein. The Site and all of its information and contents, including but not limited to its designs, logos, layouts, graphics, photographs, drawings, images, wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, text, fonts, the "look and feel" of the Site, music, sounds, methods, processes, data, messages, software and the HTML used to generate the pages, trademarks, copyrights and all other intellectual property and material rights mentioned on, displayed on or related to the Site (collectively, the "Content"), is EDITION01 property or that of our suppliers or licensors. Any unauthorized use of the Site and the Content immediately terminates the license granted to you by us.
We reserve the right, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion and without notice to you, to revise or withdraw the services described on the Site and to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, the Content on the Site as well as features and/or hours of availability of the Site, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so. We may also deny you access to the Site or restrict your access to part(s) of the Site at any time, without notice or penalty. We have the right to change these rules and/or limitations at any time, in our sole discretion. EDITION01 reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any Content from this Site at any time and for any reason. You confirm that EDITION01 is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal.
The Site may be used only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your own communications, including the transmission, posting, and uploading of information and are responsible for the consequences of such communications to the Site. EDITION01 requires users to agree not to use the Site for any of the following: posting incomplete, false or inaccurate information; engaging in conduct that would violate any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or that would fail to comply with accepted internet protocol; communicating, transmitting, or posting material that is copyrighted or otherwise owned by a third party unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the owner to post it; or, attempting to interfere in any way with the Site's networks or network security, or attempting to use the Site's service to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.

You acknowledge and agree that the Content of the Site, described above, is property of EDITION01 and/or the property of their respective owners (for example, our licensors or suppliers). All such Content is protected by federal and state laws and regulations and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by EDITION01 and/or its third party licensors, and any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.
EDITION01 tries to ensure that the Content on the Site is accurate and complete. EDITION01 does not, however, warrant or represent that the Content or functional aspects of the Site are accurate or error-free, or that your use of the Content will not infringe rights of third parties. The TAC constitutes the whole legal agreement between you and EDITION01 and replaces any prior agreements between you and EDITION01 in relation to our services. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that are applicable to certain parts of the Site.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between EDITION01 and you as a result of this TAC or your use of the Site.
The failure of EDITION01 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TAC shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Moreover, if any item, condition or provision in this TAC is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms, conditions or provisions shall continue to be valid, legal and enforceable
The laws of the State of New York (without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions) shall govern all matters arising out of or relating to this TAC, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, construction, performance, and enforcement.
