OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsor: Edition 01, Inc., located at 1133 Broadway, St. 1025, NY, NY 10010 ("Sponsor" or "EDITION01.COM").

Eligibility: This sweepstakes contest (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to participants who (i) are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; and (ii) reside in a region catered to by our site (see Shipping Policy http://www.edition01.com/index.php?route=info/shipping) other than Rhode Island. Employees/directors/officers of the Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries and any of their agents, advertising, promotional and other agencies, and the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and persons living in the same household of such employees/directors/officers are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win prizes.

No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Timing: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on June 18, 2012, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on August 27, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), according to the clock on the Sponsor's server.

Referral Prize:
$1,000 credit on EDITION01.COM
ARV: $1,000
No Referral Prizes will be awarded if Main Prize winner is not referred.

No Referral Prize will be awarded if Main Prize winner is not referred.

Both Prizes are awarded in the form of Credits, as such term is defined below.

How to Enter:

Main Prize: If you are registering as a member of EDITION01.COM for the first time during the Sweepstakes Period you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win the Main Prize ("Sweepstakes Entry"). If you are an existing member of EDITION01.COM and wish to enter the Sweepstakes, you must visit the Sweepstakes application page at http://www.edition01.com/summer-sweepstakes/ (the "Sweepstakes Page") and complete the Sweepstakes Entry process.

Referral Prize: If you refer an individual to join EDITION01 and enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, and such individual wins the Main Prize, you will be eligible to win the Referral Prize. To receive the Referral Prize the winner of the Main Prize must have registered as a member using your unique referral link ("Referral Link"). You may find your Referral Link in your membership confirmation email if you registered during the Sweepstakes Period, or on the EDITION01.COM Sweepstakes Page http://www.edition01.com/summer-sweepstakes/. Any referrals made through the Sweepstakes Page http://www.edition01.com/summer-sweepstakes/ or Referral Program page http://www.edition01.com/invites will include your Referral Link.

To win either Prize, all details given, including name and email, must be true and accurate. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void. There is a limit of one entry per person. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities or any other online methods will, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, void all of such participant's entries. Use of any automated system to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Main Prize will be selected at random in a drawing at Sponsor's main office on August 27, 2012 from among all Sweepstakes Entries received, and the winner of the Referral Prize (if applicable) will be notified within the seven (7) days thereafter. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor's Chief Marketing Officer, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All winners are potential winners until their qualification has been verified ("Potential Winners").

The Sponsor will notify each Potential Winner of his/her selection using the email address provided to the Sponsor by the Potential Winner during membership registration or at any time thereafter ("Prize Notification"). To receive his/her Prize, a Potential Winner must respond directly to the Prize Notification within seven (7) calendar days of the date of its receipt with his or her full name and a mailing address to which the Sponsor can send a Declaration of Eligibility and a Liability & Publicity Release (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Documents"). The mailing address must be a street address (no P.O. Boxes). Each Potential Winner must sign and return the Sweepstakes Documents postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of the date the Potential Winner receives the Sweepstakes Documents.

If a Potential Winner for the Main Prize is disqualified or deemed ineligible for any reason, an alternate Potential Winner for the Main Prize will be selected at random. The Potential Winner of the Referral Prize will not be eligible to receive his/her Prize if the Potential Winner of the Main Prize is deemed ineligible or disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason of Potential Winners to receive their Prize Notification and/or Sweepstakes Documents, or for Sponsor to receive Potential Winners' response and/or Sweepstakes Documents. Return of any Prize Notification or Sweepstakes Documents as undeliverable, the inability of Sponsor to contact a Potential Winner, the inability of a Potential Winner to accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or the non-acceptance by a Potential Winner of any Prize for any reason will result in disqualification of such Potential Winner.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Potential Winner, the authorized account holder of the email account will be deemed to be the Potential Winner. A Potential Winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with his/her membership. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Potential Winner will be deemed ineligible.

Prize Conditions : Prizes are awarded in the form of Credits and can be redeemed over multiple orders. Credits do not constitute an account, a payment instrument or other property owned by any EDITION01.COM member or Prize recipient. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. You may only use Credits in connection with a qualifying purchase on the EDITION01.COM website. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the Credits at its discretion if it believes that the recipient has engaged in fraudulent referral activity (e.g. using invalid/or non-functioning email addresses), or violated these Official Rules or EDITION01's Terms & Conditions. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. The Sponsor does not impose any fee on your use of the Credits.

Winners are not entitled to any surplus between the actual retail value of their Prize and its stated ARV, and any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

All Prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the Prizes are at the Winners' sole risk and Sponsor is not responsible for any damages, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of any of the Prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all Potential Winners. Prizes will be awarded by email, U.S. Mail, Federal Express, UPS and/or other shipping method, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to a Winner who is unable to participate in or accept a Prize or any portion of a Prize.

General Conditions & Releases: By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting a Prize you agree to (1) be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of the Sponsor, and Edition01's Terms and Conditions http://www.edition01.com/index.php?route=info/terms and Privacy Policies http://www.edition01.com/index.php?route=info/privacy; (2) waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law; and (3) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, thefts or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes. If you do not agree with any of the terms of these Official Rules and wish to withdraw from the Sweepstakes and/or unregister as a member of EDITION01.COM, you may do so by emailing info@edition01.com.

Proof of submitting a Sweepstakes Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Released Parties shall not be liable for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or damaged entries, or undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in your e-mail account to receive e-mail.

Your acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use your name and/or likeness (biographical information, city and state of residence, statements, photograph, etc.) for advertising and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in Sweepstakes materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Official Rules and/or extend the dates of this Sweepstakes for any reason at any time. Sponsor's and/or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that such term. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice and to select the winners from all eligible Entries received prior to the cancellation or termination.

Sponsor may disqualify a participant from the Sweepstakes if, in its sole discretion, it determines such participant is attempting to violate these Official Rules and/or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes in any way.

Taxes and Costs Related to Prizes : Taxes, fees, and/or delivery charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the official Winner. Each official Winner who is a U.S. resident may be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Prize.

Legal Matters: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Each Sweepstakes participant and/or Prize recipient agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that any judicial proceeding shall take place in a Federal or state court in New York, NY; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant, the Sponsor and the Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of New York.

Use of Personal Information: In order to participate in this Sweepstakes, participants will be required to supply certain information about themselves, include their full name and email address. This personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with EDITION01's Privacy Policy http://www.edition01.com/index.php?route=info/privacy. In addition, personal information may be used to contact you after the Sweepstakes to provide you with special offers and information about other promotions. You may unsubscribe from these email communications at any time by following the directions contained in the email communications.

List of Winners; Official Rules: For a list of Winners or a copy of these Official Rules, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Edition01, Inc., Winner's List/Official Rules, 1133 Broadway, Suite 701, NY, NY 10010 by no later than September 20, 2012. Winners' lists will be sent once all Winners have been verified and Prizes have been awarded.
